PsySoc North East

Newcastle upon Tyne

Had a psychedelic (or similar) experience you’re still trying to process?
An integration circle can help you make sense of it.

Perhaps you experienced something that felt meaningful and transformative, and you want to explore and maximise its impact on your everyday life.

Or perhaps you had a challenging experience you’re having difficulty coming to terms with. Whatever your journey, it can help to explore and reflect on the experience and share your feelings about it with people who will understand and offer support within a non-judgemental community.

This is a wellbeing and harm reduction service for people who are looking for a confidential, safe space to explore and discuss their experiences of non-ordinary states of consciousness (via psychedelics, meditation, ecstatic dance, breathwork, sensory deprivation, chanting or other means).

It is a peer support group, voluntarily facilitated by sympathetic trained professionals from PsySocNE (North East Psychedelic Society), with an understanding of psychedelics and non-ordinary states.

It is free to attend and meets in person on the first Wednesday of the month from 7pm-8.30pm at Star and Shadow Cinema.
Places are limited to 10 people per session and must be booked in advance.
