This monthly in-person open group is a place to reflect on and integrate experiences of expanded states of consciousness.
Whether you’re a seasoned psychedelic explorer or simply finding your way, this circle offers an opportunity to share, listen and make connection. We invite you to bring expression of your experiences, whether transcendental, scary, troubling or inspiring; and whether they happened recently or long ago.
In each gathering, four people will have the opportunity to take space of about 20 minutes each. This time can be used to talk and also to open up to the group for reflections. People have reflected how equally rich it has been to take the role of witness in the group and see how they can relate to the universal, archetypal themes that emerge from another’s journey.
While we believe that expanded state experiences that are ignited by breathwork or plant medicines can offer deep insight and potential for healing, we ask that you please don’t come to the group under the influence of psychoactive substances. In keeping with the law, we do not encourage substance use or provide access to illegal substances or practices. We are simply wanting to offer a safe community container in which people can come together to process and integrate their experiences.
This confidential space will be facilitated by Rosa and Aaron Sefi are both psychotherapists and breathworkers and have extensive experience supporting people in deep process both individually and in groups and hold workshops together along these themes.
