I am an experienced Consultant Clinical Psychologist offering psychedelic integration therapy grounded in compassion, ethics, and clinical expertise. I work with adults navigating the emotional and psychological impact of psychedelic or expanded states of consciousness. I bring experience of supporting people with complex trauma, chronic health conditions, psychological difficulties.
My approach is trauma-sensitive and trauma-focused, with particular interest in PTSD and complex PTSD. I work relationally, recognising that healing develops within a safe therapeutic relationship. Integration therapy with me is not about interpretation or direction, but about helping you make sense of your experience at your pace and in your language.
This work can be demanding. When we lean into the complexities and meanings held within trauma, people often feel worse before they feel better. I see this as a natural part of genuine change and I aim to support you through that process rather than avoiding it.
My practice is guided by the ethics of openness, integrity, truth, vulnerability, and choice. I seek to create a space where all aspects of your experience are welcomed without judgement.
