I work collaboratively and am led by you, so we'll talk about what helps you and what doesn't, what you need from therapy, your values and your goals.

I primarily use a person-centred approach, offering a warm, non-judgemental, authentic relationship in which you can explore what you're struggling with - I find that neurodivergent people in particular tend to appreciate the more egalitarian nature of this approach, as do many others who have experienced the impact of social inequalities in their lives.

I have experience in working with young people and with neurodiversity, disability, polyamory, and GSRD (gender, sexual and relationship diversity) - I've always lived and worked in diverse, multicultural communities and have a long history of involvement in campaigns for environmental and social justice. I currently volunteer doing harm reduction work at festivals.

The best way to choose a therapist is to trust your gut feelings about who you want to see, so please email me to arrange a free initial consultation call. Please also contact me if you'd like to discuss any particular access needs, I'm keen to accommodate you if I can!

I do not use AI in my sessions or in admin for my practice.
