I am an Integrative Arts Psychotherapist, Group Analyst, Somatic experiencing therapist, trainer and Supervisor. I hold the relationship as central in all my work with people and working at your pace respecting the wisdom you bring as part of our co-working relationship. I have worked extensively with children, adolescents, adults, families, couples, and groups for over 20 years in various settings including schools, community projects and within the NHS. I work creatively incorporating a range of holistic approaches for you to have the healing journey that works for you. As well as working individually I work as a therapist delivering training and consultancy in a range of professional and educational contexts. This includes work with therapeutic services such as self-reflective groups and team supervision both in organizations and within my private practice in south London. Anthea has a special interest in racial trauma, particularly working with racial trauma in the body and intersectional trauma experience throughout society.
