I am a clinical psychologist with 25 years of experience, including 15 years as an EMDR practitioner, working at the intersection of trauma therapy and psychedelic integration. My approach weaves EMDR, parts work, and attachment-focused psychotherapy, grounded in a biomedical understanding that does not separate mind and body. I integrate academic research seamlessly into applied psychology, working fluently across neuroscience, psychological process, and the lived, often spiritual, dimensions of experience.

I specialise in severe and complex trauma, particularly early preverbal experiences, as well as dissociative disorders and functional neurological conditions, including dissociative amnesia, non-epileptic seizures, depersonalisation, and derealisation. I have also worked with military populations, where trauma is often layered, embodied, and difficult to access through words alone.

In the context of psychedelic-assisted work, I support individuals with careful preparation and integration. I am particularly interested in how these altered states open a window of neuroplasticity—an opportunity to work from the brainstem upward, reshaping deeply held survival responses and attachment patterns. My focus is not only on the experience itself, but on how it is metabolised, stabilised, and woven into everyday life. I aim to support people in moving beyond symptom relief toward a felt sense of safety, coherence, and peace.
