I offer psychedelic integration therapy for individuals having undertaken (or preparing to undertake) experiences with expanded states of consciousness. Such experiences can be some of the most transformative & powerful of our lives, bringing us into contact with our deeper selves and a greater sense of aliveness than we knew to be possible.
Such intense experiences (whether positive or negative) often benefit greatly from further exploration & integration in therapy, especially since we can find few spaces or individuals out in the wider world who comprehend the sheer ineffability of what we have experienced. Psychedelics often bring us into contact with autobiographical material, emotions, or parts of ourselves that we have repressed, relegating them into the unconscious. When these parts are "made conscious", or re-contacted, in a psychedelic ceremony, their intensity can feel overwhelming, and yet they have the potential to re-inject so much energy, power & connection back into our lives (and our communities) if only we can find spaces in which to cultivate and nurture what they have to bring. I aim to create just such a space, both to facilitate individual healing*, and that of the collective.
*By 'healing', I mean the process of becoming whole again.
