I am a Clinical Psychologist specialising in working with people whose gender and sexual identities are minoritised, sidelined or oppressed by normative culture. I approach psychotherapy holistically, by drawing both from my formal post-graduate and doctoral trainings in Applied Human Rights (MSc) and Clinical Psychology (DClinPsy), and also my more personal insights of deep process, facilitated by plant medicines, their wisdom keepers and those that have studied with them. By blending traditional, trauma-informed Western psychotherapy with somatic and sensory practices, I centre the mind/body axis and reconnecting with the aliveness of our natural world in my approach to every stage of the psychedelic process, from intention setting before a journey, to meaning-making afterwards.
Co-creating an open and non-judgemental therapeutic relationship is the foundation to the prep and integration work that I offer. I am passionate about creating space for queer and/or trans experiences in plant medicine communities, and about bringing the political and spiritual into processes of transformation. I am a professional member of the Institute of Psychedelic Therapy and am currently completing their 2-year Depth Relational Process training.
Please note, I am not able to offer access to psychedelics that are currently illegal in the UK.
