I have an interest in the healing potential of expanded states of consciousness, whether through psychedelic plant medicines, breathwork, meditation, or occurring spontaneously. These experiences can be transformative and therapeutic, and can sometimes also be challenging, overwhelming or disappointing. I can support this process by bringing my compassion, curiosity and groundedness to help you integrate and create meaning from your experiences.

I offer preparation and/or integration sessions to:

~understand the implications for your identity, beliefs, daily life and relationships

A psychedelic guide on clinical research trials since 2022, I offer reduced rates for people seeking therapy after volunteering on a psychedelic research trial.

I am a professional member of the Institute of Psychedelic Therapy, and hold a psychedelic assisted therapy diploma through IPT's Depth Relational Process training.

My work comes from a harm reduction approach. The use of psychedelic substances is currently illegal in the UK, and I am not able to offer guidance or information about accessing illegal substances.
