“If the doors of perception were cleansed, everything would appear to man as it is-Infinite."

- William Blake

Psychedelics can act as rocket fuel for personal and spiritual growth, dissolving the personal and cultural narratives through which we perceive the world, allowing us to see both ourselves and the world in new and astonishing ways. However, this can be a double-edged sword-while it can be profoundly liberating, it can also be destabilising, leaving us without a psychological framework for support. Moreover, our modern culture lacks a mythology that speaks to the depths of the psychedelic experience, which can leave us feeling adrift or alone. Adding to these challenges, psychedelic experiences can bring forth personal or collective psychological material that may be deeply unsettling and difficult to integrate.

Psychotherapy can provide a supportive space for nurturing and developing the psychological processes that emerge from these experiences. It offers a creative environment where new meanings and narratives can unfold-ones that connect more fully with the fullness of your experience, including its darker and more challenging aspects.
