I believe that every human is unique and deserves to be treated with respect, kindness and an open mind. In my practice I utilise the abundance of natural environment we have locally and provide bespoke therapy packages to suit you as an individual. I have a First Class BA (Hons) in Integrative counselling, I’m registered with the BACP and I am a qualified Psychedelic Integration Coach. In my therapy practice I work primarily with those who have experienced Trauma in their lives, both in civilian and military contexts.
During the current expansion in the therapeutic use of and research into the effects of psychedelics, I feel that it is important for people to have experienced, understanding, trustworthy professionals they can turn to, both before and after using psychedelics. Preparation before a psychedelic journey can help set positive intentions and create an experience that will be as enjoyable and productive as possible. Integration after an expanded state of consciousness can change an extraordinary experience into learning that can have positive lifelong effects.
It is my understanding that psychedelic preparation and integration are helpful if not vital for anyone who is planning to experienced an expanded state of consciousness.
