Whoever you are and however you arrive, I meet you with care, not judgement. Psychedelics, plant medicines and other expanded states can be powerful catalysts in the therapeutic process, often bringing unconscious material into awareness, but they are not the therapeutic process itself. My work sits at the intersection of the therapy room and the harm-reduction-oriented preparation and integration of these experiences, and I'm drawn to what happens beneath language in both: the pause before the sentence, what the body says when words won't. That's usually where the real work starts, and it deserves depth, not shortcuts.
I'm a relational psychotherapist with a particular interest in the European psycholytic tradition, and a long-standing yoga therapy and somatic background that shapes how I listen to the body as much as the mind. Lucid dreaming is part of how I work too, another way of tracking what non-ordinary states have to teach us.
I offer preparation and integration for those who have experienced, or will be experiencing, psychedelic-assisted therapies, plant medicine ceremonies, or other experiences that expand and deepen consciousness, alongside relational psychotherapy for whatever else life is asking of you. Grounding and safety come first, then real exploration, at your pace.
If this feels like a fit, I'd love to hear from you.
