I am a UKCP accredited Psychotherapist with many years' experience working with clients of all ages, experiences and walks of life. Trained at the Karuna Institute and Middlesex University, I hold an MA in Core Process/Mindfulness based Psychotherapy, a contemplative practice drawing on well-established Western psychotherapeutic approaches and mindfulness principles.

The methodology brings together current research in neuroscience, psychodynamic theory, trauma, attachment and Buddhist philosophy of body and mind. I have found that this combination of modules and philosophies support well the work of expanded states of consciousness, which I am passionate about.

Integration, according to many practitioners in the field, is even more significant than the actual psychedelic experience. The experience rarely results in long-lasting life changes unless careful effort is put into applying and being with insights from the expanded states. Setting intentions for your psychedelic experience lays the groundwork for how your experience develops. Having clear intentions can help shape your experience, encourage insights and promote transformation.

I offer a compassionate, safe and non-judgemental space to explore your psychedelic journey, before and after you embarked on it. Using creativity, curiosity and mindfulness tools.
