I offer online preparation and integration sessions for anyone looking to make meaning of an altered state or psychedelic experience.
I have worked in psychedelic therapy research since 2022 and have a longterm professional and personal interest in the use of psychedelic medicine and therapy. I am a founding member of the Cambridge Psychedelic Research Group - a collaboration between NHS and Cambridge University. and serve as Co-Lead Trial Therapist on the team. Aside from this, I co-facilitated the Cambridge Psychedelic Integration Circle from 2022-2024 as a voluntary-led community resource. I have trained in psychedelic therapy models including working with psilocybin, MDMA and methylone. I continue to access peer support and supervision in the psychedelic space for my own professional selfcare and development. I also offer clinical supervision for psychedelic therapists that practice in legal settings.
Aside from psychedelic therapy work, I am an integrative counsellor and clinical supervisor in private practice and the NHS. As a counsellor I have a core training in psychodynamic and person-centred counselling, and also work with other models/approaches including: transpersonal, Gestalt, nature therapy, trauma work
Before training as a counsellor I worked as a massage therapist and bodyworker in various locations around the world including Crestone, Colorado, and India, and was privileged to access trainings and wisdom from elders in somatics, energy work, and connecting to local natural environments as part of the healing process. I am a qualified massage therapist, reflexologist and yoga teacher (currently non-practising). Before this I worked as an electronic music journalist and music promoter, and grew up heavily involved in the UK rave scene of the 1990s where I experienced altered states individually and collectively, and experiences, that inform my worldview today.
