I am an Integrative Psychotherapeutic Counsellor with advanced training in Psychosynthesis and over a decade of clinical experience supporting individuals through expanded states of consciousness. Between 2008 and 2018, I worked as a sitter and team leader with Kosmicare at Boom Festival, providing harm reduction and crisis intervention support for people undergoing challenging psychedelic experiences in recreational settings. I also collaborated with ICEERS in the development of the Online Support Center and co-founded the Sociedade Psicadélica de Lisboa (Lisbon Psychedelic Society). I have completed a certified training in Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (Polaris), MDMA-Assisted Therapy (MAPS), and Depth Relational Process (IPT).
I offer psychedelic preparation and integration support in a grounded, relational, and trauma-informed way, drawing on my training in Psychosynthesis and my years of experience supporting people in both clinical and harm-reduction contexts. My work helps you make sense of non-ordinary experiences-whether meaningful, confusing, or destabilising-so insights can be translated into practical, sustainable changes in everyday life. I offer a grounded, non-judgmental space where clients can explore emotional, existential, and spiritual dimensions of their experiences with care and psychological containment.
