Offering a non-judgmental, compassion led space, where everyone's unique journey is respected. Creating a safe and confidential environment whilst providing support and guidance to help you overcome challenges and disruptive patterns.

As a trauma-informed psychodynamically trained, Humanistic therapist, BACP-accredited. Incorporating modalities such as the IFS, Gestalt, somatic experiencing, integration tools and creative techniques in Jungian active imagination and polyvagal-informed awareness.

Having worked as part of the research team with MAPS Europe (supporting MDMA-assisted therapy trials for PTSD), I have witnessed first-hand the transformative potential of psychedelic therapy for trauma, anxiety, and depression.

Having completed MAPS training in psychedelic-assisted therapy, including structured preparation, dosing-session frameworks, and the integration processes within clinical contexts. Psychedelic therapies can support trauma recovery when delivered with careful containment, ethical boundaries, and long-term psychological integration.

In my practice, I offer a supportive environment where individuals can prepare for, process, and integrate their experiences whether from clinical trials, retreats, or personal exploration.

Preparation sessions focus on clarifying intentions, resourcing the nervous system, and creating a grounded framework. This helps clients approach non-ordinary states with clarity and trust.

My services include:

Preparation and integration support

Post experience integration support

Processing challenging or destabilising experiences

Long-term identity and relational integration

My approach emphasises stabilisation first, grounding, orientation, somatic safety, followed by careful exploration and meaning-making.

This work is suitable for individuals seeking psychologically held, spiritually inclusive, and ethically support.

To make sense of the psychedelic experience, translating the lessons learned from these experiences into positive changes in daily life.
