I offer a grounded, compassionate space for people navigating expanded states of consciousness, whether spontaneous or through psychedelics, breathwork or tantric practices; and which can be full of wonder, but equally can leave us feeling confused or overwhelmed. Integration is the process of bringing meaning, coherence, and embodiment to your experiences, allowing insight to become something lived rather than fleetingly glimpsed.

My approach is relational, trauma-informed, and attentive to the wisdom of the body, psyche, and nervous system. Over the past 20 years I have worked across a range of services in therapist, supervisor and clinical lead roles. My work draws from Person-Centred, Jungian, somatic, attachment-based, and transpersonal perspectives. Most recently I completed IPT's Depth Relational Training.

I'm passionate about the the power of relationship and ritual to be catalysts of deeper awareness and connection. Alongside 1:1 work I co-facilitate groups in psychedelic integration and breathwork and host supervision groups for therapists. I'm also working in a psilocybin research trial at University of Exeter which explores whether taking psychedelics within a community-based framework can deepen social belonging, integration and wellbeing.
