I am a Clinical Psychologist and Existential Psychotherapist, and founder and director of True North Psychology Ltd, a group practice of trusted psychologists and psychotherapists offering preparation, harm reduction and integration support. We work with people interested in exploring psychedelic assisted therapy and those seeking integration following psychedelic journeys, including challenging experiences and prolonged after effects.
My work is grounded in psychedelic clinical research. I serve as an honorary therapist on psychedelic clinical trials with the Psychoactive Trials Group at King's College London (IoPPN), supporting people with preparation, dosing and integration sessions within regulated research settings. I am also a member of the British Psychological Society's working group on psychedelic assisted therapy, contributing to the development of professional guidance that will inform safe and ethical clinical practice for psychologists in this emerging field.
I draw on an integrative, trauma informed and relational approach, incorporating existential phenomenological psychotherapy, Compassion Focused Therapy, EMDR and Internal Family Systems. Whether you are preparing for an experience, making meaning of one, or navigating difficulties that have followed, I offer a non-judgmental, evidence informed space to support you in translating insights into meaningful and lasting change.
