I am a therapist and neuroscientist offering psychedelic integration sessions grounded in compassion, safety, and the understanding that healing is an organic process that needs to be allowed and supported, rather than directed from the outside.

After a decade of researching non-ordinary states of consciousness, including psychedelics, as a neuroscientist, I became a therapist. I carried out research on psychedelics at the University of Oxford and Imperial College London, exploring their effects on the brain and their therapeutic potential. I later trained in Gestalt counselling, Jungian dreamwork, and mindfulness-based body-oriented psychotherapy. In my practice, I bring together these complementary therapeutic approaches with my scientific background. My approach is to create a safe space, where we can understand and allow the unfolding of your unique experience without imposing any top-down dictates about what it should mean or where it should lead.

Through my research, I came to understand the profound impact psychedelics can have on the brain and how these experiences, when held safely and integrated, can lead to fundamental shifts in one’s psyche and life. Based on that understanding, my sessions aim to support the integration of your unique experience across every dimension, including insight, emotion, body, and spirituality.
