Whether you are curious about the role of psychedelics in your personal journey, seeking to integrate complex emotions or insights, or wanting steady support as you make sense of a non-ordinary experience, I would be honoured to support you.
I offer preparation and integration sessions for people navigating psychedelic experiences, breathwork, and other altered or non-ordinary states. With 15 years’ experience in mental health, a strong foundation in evidence-based and experiential psychotherapies, including ACT, CFT, FAP and Process Oriented Psychotherapy, I support people to understand what has emerged and to translate meaningful insights into grounded, sustainable change.
Altered states can open powerful material: insight, emotion, imagery, memory, spiritual experience, relational awareness, or new ways of seeing oneself and the world. Yet transformation often depends on how these experiences are held, understood, integrated and lived afterwards. My role is to offer a warm, clinically grounded and trauma-informed space where you can explore your experience with care, curiosity and discernment.
I have completed a Certificate in Psychedelic-Assisted Therapies with Mind Medicine Australia, covering psilocybin, ketamine and MDMA-assisted therapy, alongside additional integration training with ICEERS Academy. My approach is collaborative and personalised, drawing on psychological science, clinical experience, harm reduction, embodied practice and deep respect for the spiritual and wisdom traditions that have long held relationship with altered states.
I also bring my own learning from altered and non-ordinary states, with equal respect for how profound, meaningful and transformative these experiences can be, and how destabilising they may feel without appropriate support.
Together, we can explore what has emerged, honour what feels meaningful, attend carefully to what feels difficult, and support you to move forward with greater clarity, steadiness and purpose.
I offer free 15min introductory calls - [email protected] - I'd be glad to hear from you.
