I offer preparation and integration sessions to people navigating non-ordinary experiences such as psychedelic journeys, breathwork, or spontaneous altered states. With 15 years' experience in mental health, a rich foundation in psychotherapies (ACT, CFT, FAP, Process Oriented Psychotherapy), and a deep respect for the human capacity to heal and transform, I help individuals live more aligned, meaningful lives.
Altered states can reveal powerful insights, but true transformation often happens in how we relate to them and carry them forward in our daily living. Having completed training in psychedelic-assisted therapy, and additional training in Integration with ICEERS Academy, I aim to create a compassionate, trauma-informed space where it feels safe and natural to explore and make sense of things. My approach is collaborative and deeply personalised, blending evidence-based methods with wisdom traditions to support you through grounded dialogue, embodied practices, and tools to help you integrate.
