Hello, I'm Viviane
Psychedelic experiences can be powerful and transformative, sometimes shifting our understanding of ourselves and the world around us in unexpected ways. These moments can feel disorienting, and it's not always easy to know where to turn or how to integrate the insights they bring into everyday life. I understand the strength and significance psychedelic experiences can have and I am passionate about supporting you to integrate the insights of your experience in a way that can enrich your everyday life, relationships and sense of self.
As an integrative therapist, I work with individuals and groups, drawing on person-centred, relational, and psychodynamic approaches. My approach is grounded in creating a space where you feel safe, seen, and supported to be your truest self. I honour the connection between mind and body and trust that each of us carries a deep inner wisdom that can guide us when nurtured.
The integration work I offer focuses on building a genuine and compassionate relationship with you, one where you feel wholly accepted just as you are. Together, we will make meaning of your experience in a way that feels authentic and enriching for you. We will create a safe space to process your journey-emotionally, somatically, cognitively, and spiritually.
I also provide a preparation space for psychedelic experiences. Being in therapy before and after can help to get the most out of the experience.
I am currently enrolled in the Institute of Psychedelic Therapy's Depth Relational Training programme.
