Hello, I'm Viviane
Non-ordinary states of consciousness can be powerful and transformative, shifting our understanding of ourselves and the world in unexpected ways. These moments aren't always easy to make sense of alone, and it isn't always obvious how to carry their insights forward into daily life. I'm passionate about supporting you through that — helping you integrate these experiences in a way that enriches your everyday life, relationships, and sense of self.
As an integrative therapist, I work with individuals and groups, drawing on person-centred, relational, and psychodynamic approaches. My work is grounded in creating a space where you feel safe, seen, and truly yourself. I honour the connection between mind and body, and trust that each of us carries an inner wisdom that can guide us when it's given room to be heard.
I offer:
- Preparation before an experience of non-ordinary states
- Integration support afterwards
- Support processing experiences that felt difficult or disorienting
- Longer-term work on identity, relationships, and meaning
Together, we make meaning of your experience — emotionally, somatically, cognitively, and spiritually.
I trained with the Institute of Psychedelic Therapy, and hold postgraduate qualifications in integrative counselling and advanced clinical practice. I am also a supervisor, and co-facilitate monthly integration circles with TOPIC.
'Every experience carries its own wisdom, if we make room to listen.'
