We are excited to open our first retreat that is open to all therapeutic/healthcare practitioners and those on a healing journey.

Join us for a shared healing space and professional development journey. This longer form retreat will offer 4 sessions of holotropic breathwork within a relational framework, each person ‘breathing’ twice and ‘sitting’ twice during the retreat.  The breathwork sessions will be preceded by an online and in-person training in ‘presence’ and how to best support expanded states. The retreat will close with integration exercises using systemic constellations and will aim to inform your professional or personal practice through that lens. The retreat is supported by three on-line sessions, two for preparation and a training component on presence (optional for those not requiring a certificate of attendance who just wish to participate in the healing space) and one post retreat integration session.

We will arrive on Sunday afternoon the 8th of June, have supper together and begin with our opening circle on Sunday evening.  We will finish on Thursday the 12^th of June by 12.30 with our closing circle.

This is a retreat for people with a professional background in a healing / therapeutic modality as well as for those on an established healing journey that wish to go deeper.
